Please do NOT contact us if you are not receiving replies to emails and you have hotmail or live email accounts.  We take your privacy very seriously indeed and have declined to sign up to allow any monitoring of emails by any self-appointed regulatory third party and any attempt to influence which advertisements we carry whose owners may also not have a "verified" or approved status.  We share your details with no-one.  You may, therefore,  find that replies from us to your emails are in your spam box if you have one of these accounts.  Due to our stance in defending the privacy of our users, you may also have difficulty registering if you are using one of  these accounts.  We only ever reply to your emails, we do not email any of you unless there are changes to the site which affect your account.  If  you are waiting on a reply from us and haven't received one, then contact your email host.  Your email will NEVER be displayed on this site, nor any of your other details, except in as much as you decide what you want others to see.  In the My Account section you can choose the level of privacy you want which includes opting not to receive any emails from admin.  We would advise all our users to use the privacy options to their fullest extent.
